Will These Phones Definitely Get XOS 17?
No. This is an expected list, not an official Infinix announcement.
There is a big difference between saying that a phone is likely to receive an update and saying that the manufacturer has confirmed the update. Until Infinix publishes an official XOS 17 roadmap, every prediction should be treated carefully.
The final eligibility can depend on several factors, including the phone's launch Android version, promised major OS upgrades, product category, region and Infinix's internal software-support decisions.
This is also why older devices should not automatically be added to the list. A phone can still have excellent hardware and perform perfectly well in 2026, but that does not guarantee that it will receive another major Android version.
Why XOS 17 Could Take Time to Arrive
Android 17 may already be available, but an Infinix phone does not receive Google's Android build directly. Infinix has to integrate the new Android version into its own XOS software, optimize it for different hardware configurations and test the update before releasing it to users.

When Could Infinix XOS 17 Arrive?
